Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein received weapons from the US for the war with Iran. Saddam Hussein was hanged in 2006, Iraq was occupied by NATO. Osama Bin Laden received weapons from the US for the war against the Soviets in Afghanistan. He was blamed for the 9/11 attacks in New York in 2001 and was eliminated by US special forces in May 2010. Muammar Gaddafi came to power in Libya with the support of the CIA.
