Russian forces began patrolling over the Black Sea by aircraft with Kinzhal

Vladimir Putin said that he had instructed the Russian Aerospace Forces to begin constant patrolling of the space over the Black Sea by aircraft with Kinzhal complexes. “This is not a threat,” Putin noted, explaining that he was informing about the decision.
