Putin announces new Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missiles

Putin announces new Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBM) will soon be ready for deployment. Sarmat ICBM weighs 100 tonnes (for comparison, the US made LGM-30 Minuteman is 35 tonnes) with a range of 18,000km. This allows it to carry around 15 warheads, up to 750kt. (For comparison - the bomb US dropped on Hiroshima was 15kt.) This would be enough to wipe out a country the size of France. It can also carry hypersonic missiles, rendering most missile defence systems ineffective.
