Full title reads: “Starfish - Down to the sea with microscope and Movie Camera. Photography by the famous Pathe Micro-Cinematic Process.

Water is splashed over it. “The starfish grows tough whiskers (these are 100,000 times bigger than life)“. Various shots of parts of the starfish - its suction cups, its arms, spikes, pincers, etc. The starfish is prodded with a pencil and a brush.
