Full title reads: “Gaiety In Memphis. Salute to Carnival King Cotton and his Queen.“. Cotton carnival at Memphis, Tennessee, United States of America (USA). Various shots of carnival going through crowd lined streets. Glamorous women pose gracefully on floats. Some wear period costumes, others floaty dresses. Floats have large model flowers, butterflies and horses on them. Various shots of crowning of Carnival King and Queen. Someone hands them a massive model key - the key to the city.
