He meets various personalities, first West German Chancellor Ludwig Erhard, former Chancellor Konrad Adenauer, Mayor of Berlin Willy Brandt, West German President Lubke, etc. Various shots of Robert Kennedy receiving an honorary degree from the Free University of Berlin.
