King and Queen in Leicester. King George V & Queen Mary attend various events; meet people. A sort of montage of scenes from their visit. Opens with King & Queen getting into open coach. Brief shot men in civilian dress standing in rows; with pennants hung overhead. Queen in formal gown; talking to ladies also in long gowns; long curtains in BG. King & Queen meeting people; shaking hands; train car in BG; decorations - maybe dedication of station or railway; local dignitaries etc. A lady curtsies; gives Queen huge bouquet which she hands to a man; then returns to shake more hands; they talk to Army officers. Turns out this is same place with long curtains. King with same rows of guys. Back to shot of coach. Procession. Several white horses w/ riders; then coach; rounds corner; drives past crowd. King reviews troops. More of procession - beautiful horses. Coach stops; servant assists King & Queen. CU Queen meets woman. Troops march; toward cam.& past on rt. King salutes from platform.
