Batman Arkham Knight: Are we SURE Batman isn’t killing people?

Batman has but one hard and fast rule: he doesn’t kill. But surely developer Rocksteady was aware that the second it put a death tank like the Batmobile in player’s hands for Arkham Knight, the first thing we’d do would be to try and break that one rule.
