What does DIO say in JoJo’s Strange Escapade? (By Sr. Pelo)

Sr. Pelo recently uploaded this hilarious JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure parody, and in the middle part, DIO speaks a ton of gibberish really fast. I was curious as to what he said, so I slowed it down, and... it’s even funnier than the rest of the video, I’d say.
