This is according to the North’s official newspaper, Rodong Sinmun on Tuesday. The leader’s younger sister, Kim Yo-jong said the gift is a clear indication of the close friendship between the leaders of Pyongyang and Moscow. A senior official at South Korea’s unification ministry told reporters that sending a luxury car to North Korea violates UN Security Council resolutions.
