Hey Towners! Today we made some Homemade Pickled Jalapenos. With this quick and simple recipe you will never have to buy a jar of jalapenos from the store again. You can play around with this ingredients that are added to add even more flavor to your jalapenos. As always this recipe is keto and low carb friendly. Ingredients 4 large jalapenos or 6 medium sized 3 cloves chopped garlic ½ cup white vinegar ½ cup water 2 tbsp kosher salt 1 tbsp black peppercorns 1 tbsp sugar substitute stevia 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 2 bay leaves Directions Chop Jalapenos and Garlic and add to mason jar. Fill jar with salt, pepper, stevia, crushed red peppers, and bay leaves. Top of with vinegar and water, place the lid on top of the jar and shake it up to combine the ingredients.
