Mate Situation
(1) At the moment that Blue is lifted from the mat, Mate should be called. Obviously the contact with the hair is not relevant. Besides, hair should be tied together properly.
(2) There is no reason to call Mate because there is still progression in Ne-Waza. Better position for the referee would be to observe from the other side.
(3) Also here, Mate should be called at the moment the Blue player is lifted from the mat.
