Beginning of the season at Leeds diving doing a fitness circuit. 3 rounds of 30 on and 30 seconds off. For fun ankle weights are included. Participants are Sarah Barrow, Jack Laugher, Rebecca Gallantree., Hannah Starling, jenny Cowen, Joe Meszaros and SuperDave Jenkins
