Amur Falcon, Falco amurensis A small raptor that made an incredible journey from the Amur river valley of Siberia to South Africa, during the migration they fly over India and halt in some parts of the country for few weeks. The population of Amur Falcon is stable, with more than 1,000 000 breeding individuals. However, many threats hide along the route of their journey during the annual migration. Climates changing and changing environments impact resource availability upon which these falcons heavily depend as they make their way across the globe.
