From the 1987 film Hachiko monogatari (. Hachi-ko). Wonderful movie that tells the true story of an Akita’s devotion to his master. Hollywood did a remake (called Hachiko: A Dog’s Story) starring Richard Gere which has been released in Japan. I comes out in the U.S. on December 18, 2009.
