For this weeks’ episode, the team and I loaded up the truck and trailer to try and make a deal on a 1959 Volkswagen Panel Van located just 10 miles from the shop in Rowlett, Texas. After 6 solid months of going back and forth trying to make a deal, I felt pretty confident that we were going to be able to make it happen with this local patina’d treasure. I have one VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION for y’all... do we clear coat over the patina and moss or do we restore this classic treasure back to its original showroom floor condition?
