This intense 1 hour power vinyasa yoga workout is a balance of strengthening moves & flexibility poses. The first half an hour is focused on firing up your core & followed by standing poses sequence to promote strength & flexibility in your legs, some backbends & side stretches to stretch those abs & obliques. Power building flow is finished by floor sequence focused on your hamstrings & turtle pose (Kurmasana) as your peak pose.
