10 Minute Lightweight Dumbbell Workout [Advanced HIIT]

Follow along with us for a quick 10 minute lightweight dumbbell workout that will work the entire body 🔥 This workout is designed for low resistance so you’ll want to use a pair of dumbbells that are light---for reference we used a pair of 5lb and 10lb dumbbells. This workout is made up of 10 different compound exercises with NO REST in between movements. Don’t let the lightweight fool you---this workout will improve your strength, muscle mass and endurance.
