en the film “form“ describes the conceptual and design process of an artistic signage developed by the interdisciplinary studio for design 22quadrat for the technical university of munich. the signage was developed for the new building of the faculty of sports and health sciences in the olypiapark, whose architecture was designed by dietrich untretrifaller architects. the concept is based on a statement by david bohm about the importance of form and illustrates the process that is inherent in every human being and athlete who, in the course of his or her life, strives for the perfect form that is inherent in him or her and that the athlete wishes to express through his or her respective discipline. the signaletik consists of a large-format hand drawing that extends as a minimalist spatial graphic through the central axis of the 120-metre-long building over both sides and fluidly connects the exposed concrete with the glass surfaces. embedded in the filigree line drawing are typogra
