“THE BEAST“ HHO Dry Cell

This is my latest effort in the water for fuel testing I am interested in. The main goal in my testing is to use this cell as supplimental fuel to boost mileage in my 68 Camaro (see other vid). NO I am nottrying to run the car with this! In this vid I am running on 120v dc current. One positive one negitive and all the others as neutral. I have the center plates jumped with a wire to get across the middle plexi plate. For the auto application I will wire the stack to get 2 volts per plate gap. Not sure what
