A New Bowl Shape

Trimming a curvaceous form into something a little more angular with a foot unlike that of most of my bowls. This change alone, a pedestal foot as opposed to my usual, angled feet that also act as a glaze catch, creates a vast visual difference. I’ll have to be careful how I glaze it, rubbing away some of the glazes thickness that covers the foot, so it doesn’t run down it onto the kiln shelf and fuse it in place.
