Nada - Ma Che Freddo Fa (Stereo)

“Ma Che Freddo Fa” (“But How Cold It Is”) was written by Claudio Mattone (music) and Franco Migliacci (lyrics). It premiered in 1969 at the 19th edition of the Sanremo Music Festival with a double performance of Nada (who was just 15 YO) and The Rokes, placing at the fifth place. The first verses include a citation of Donovan’s “Laléna“. Nada’s version was a massive success – reaching #1 in Italy - selling about one million copies, mainly in the Italian and Spanish markets.
