FREE Team Training Drills - Pure Intensity Basketball

Here’s a clip of two training sessions with a 7th grade Central Oregon based AAU club. Following two months of training, this squad traveled to Seattle, Washington on a regular basis and beat premier AAU teams based there, such as Emerald City Basketball Academy, Friends of Hoop - Seattle, and Seattle Rotary.
