Hello World. I made up this routine inspired by words. Words that come out of people mouth’s that can hurt others. They are more powerful then you think. So i named this piece “SSSHHHH“. I always think about my mother when i was young and she would look at me and say.. “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it“ . This stuck with me. I am not perfect.... but i will try my hardest to be the best human i can be. Be the type of person builds others up, and that spreads the love we desparately need so much in this world.
