This footage was taken from global ed2k-net. I was born in Saransk and can proove authenticity of this. On this video we can see Bogdana Khmelnitskogo street and two buildings ocupating on it: from left - Central house of culture, from right - building of MordovPromStroyBank. Behind two buildings we can see golden dome of cathedral. The UFO was hang over Museum of fine arts of S.D. Erzya.
