British artist creates coronavirus glass sculpture

His team has made about 20 oversized models of viruses and bacteria since 2004 for medical institutions. Measuring 23cm (9 inches) in diameter, the piece was commissioned by Duke University School of Engineering in the United States to illustrate their research on SARS-CoV-2 which causes Covid-19
