The making of a pen with multiple woods

I have been asked, how do you do that. I looked around on the net and didnt’ find much at all, so I decided to post what I know. It is the making of a pen, using multiple woods, at multiple angles. Please let me know what you think via comments. Good and Bad. If you have questions I will try and answer them.
