M102 & NGC5907 Galaxies @ 120X via White Phosphor Night Vision in Real Time

Check out two edge-on galaxies located in the constellation Draco (the Dragon). The first (M 102, the missing Messier object) is the brighter and smaller of the two. It has a very thin dust lane bisecting the upper/lower halves of its shape. The second (NGC 5907) is larger but fainter. It shows traces of a dust lane. Magnification is 120X using a Takahashi Mewlon 250/f12 telescope. Camera is the Sony A7S. Location: Mount Pinos, CA. See the following stills for a much crisper view: M102 = NGC 5907 = M102 Ngc5907 Gxys Draco Mew250f12
