Chiquita is disabled. She can’t walk. Both her hind legs are paralysed. She used to have a little wheelchair, she used to be able to “walk“, then it was stolen from her. Just imagine. Stealing a wheelchair from a little disabled dog. Left to drag her little body on the street. Some great people in Lima banded together to rescue little Chiquita from the very dangerous neighborhood she was in. During the rescue one of the rescuers was robbed at knifepoint.
