Civilians killed in Ganja as Nagorno-Karabakh conflict escalates

Fighting has escalated in the conflict over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh, a week after a ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia took effect. Azerbaijan has accused Armenia of deliberately attacking civilians in the city of Ganja with a missile that killed at least 13 people. Armenia’s Defence Ministry denies firing towards Azerbaijan.
