Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2018 list was announced at a ceremony at Wynn Palace, Macao, on Tuesday 27th March. The awards ceremony was part of a two-day programme beginning with #50BestTalks featuring Andre Chiang, the chefs of Mume in Taipei, Hiroe Higuchi of Shima Kanko Hotel Japan and Vijay Mudaliar of Native Bar.
