Pole dance invert combo

Reintroducing my body to the 50mm in heels because why not😆 I’ve had the 40mm up for the last 5-6 months or so, some things are easier and some are harder, but it was time to switch it up. So far I’ve had it in spin as it doesn’t toggle easy the way the new ones do but I will have to put it on static to see how the heel work is different with a fatter pole to hold on to.
