Soho Food, London. C/U Man (Bernard Walsh) shelling oyster. He puts it on try and lifts tray out of picture. M/S Barman handling oysters to customer. C/U Oysters, man picks one up and swallows it. C/U Man as he swallows another oyster. M/S Chinese waiter showing the proper way to hold chopsticks. M/S Girl at table watching. M/S and C/U Waiter eating with chopsticks. M/S Woman at table, man enters picture and sits down with her, and picks up holder used for eating snails. M/S Man talking, while holding holder. C/U Woman. Camera pans from man’s face down to plate of snails. He has one in the holder and with pointed instrument, he takes snail out of shell. He puts snail into mouth, followed by piece of bread.
