New York Aka Mrs Roosevelt Launches Raft, 1937 (1937)

Unused / unissued material - no paperwork - dates unclear or unknown. 1937? Title reads: “New York“ New York, United States of America. Mrs Roosevelt (mother of the President) takes a bottle and names a small raft / boat ’Good Will’. She takes two or three tries to break the bottle. The raft - which appears to have been made from two canoes tied together - is pushed out into the river. The sail is raised as is the Stars and Stripes flag. People watch from the bank.
