The new colours are consecrated by the Chaplain General, the Venerable Archdeacon J.R. Youens. Various shots the regiment parading in front of Cardiff Castle with their goat mascots. Charles inspects the troops and takes salute at march past. Large crowd watches, including war veterans. Mostly same or similar shots to those in newsreel story, except for shots of Lord Mayor presenting scroll to Prince, plus some shots of women singing in a choir and regiment band playing.
