The Paramount Mastersingers (1933)

Titles read: “NOW Pathe Pictorial presents - The famous Variety and Broadcasting Masters of Harmony The Paramount Mastersingers“. Pathe Studio, London. Several shots of The Paramount Mastersingers dressed in fox-hunting garb on a set dressed to look like a country inn. A man plays piano while the men sing ’D’Ye Ken John Peel?’. Another man conducts the singers. Various shots are intercut showing fox hunters off on their horses to terrorise a small creature. Quite good footage with horses galloping across a field in the chase. We then see footage of hills and mountains in the countryside. On the final notes the singers raise their hats and riding crops in the air. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ. EXPLORE OUR ONLINE CHANNEL, BRITISH PATHÉ TV.
