Thought to be Selected Originals from late 1940s material. Paris, France. General view of the street with Chaz Chase, French vaudeville star, walking past flower barrow. He stops and turns back to barrow. Chaz Chase walks to barrow, picks up bunch of flowers and commences to chew it. He takes sugar sifter from picket, sprinkles sugar on flowers and continues eating.
