Crowds stand outside the university to greet Prince Charles who will be studying the Welsh language here for 9 weeks. Prince Charles arrives, driving a Rover car. He gets out and waves to the crowd then walks towards hall. Interior shots of the language laboratory showing Prince Charles seated in one of the booths donning headphones and talking to Mr Edward Millward, the Welsh tutor. Prince Charles drives off to the Pantycelyn Hall where he will be staying. Crowds wait outside and Charles chats to some of them.
