Wales V Springboks (1960)

Cardiff, Wales. Start of the international rugby match between Wales and Springboks of South Africa. GV. Springboks kicking off from left to right - rain and mud. They do so and the ball goes out towards the left. SV. Players running after the ball. GV. South Africa attacking. SV. Lockyear with the ball. He is tackled by Dewi Bebb but he manages to pass the ball to Englebrecht who is tackled and the ball goes into touch. SV. Crowd. SV. South Africa attacking. The ball is kicked towards camera and Welsh player runs onto it and kicks it. SV. Boys under plastic raincoat. LV. Keith Oxlee taking penalty for South Africa. He kicks but falls to score and a whole host of players run on to the ball. CU. Man wearing plastic hat. LV. Wales attacking. The ball goes to a Welsh player who tries to make a run but he is crowded out by others players. GV. Players fighting for the ball. It goes to D. P. Evans who tries to make a run for the line but he is bundled into touch. GV. Crowd cheers. GV. South Africa attacking. Kir
