G/V Duke of Edinburgh’s (Prince Philip) car arriving at Boys’ Club, it is mobbed by crowds of youngsters and the Duke had difficulty in getting out of car. Police try to clear children away from the car with great difficulty. Interior: the Duke chats to older boys between the ages of 14 and 18. C/U two youths playing billiards in the games room.
