You Too Can Break Safes Aka You To Can Break Safes (1959)

Title reads: “You too can break safes!“ London. Fred Ballard, inventor of new electric welding transformer (Balarc 175), fitting the kit together. C/U Mr. Ballard plugging leads into transformers. C/U lead being plugged in and a hand turning a dial. C/U welding rod being fitted. Mr. Ballard starts to cut into a door of a safe with welding torch. Various C/Us safe door being cut. Mr. Ballard finishes cutting the door. C/U safe door, a hand comes forward and opens it revealing a safe full of toys. The toys are to be donated to a children’s hospital. Mr. Ballard takes a large box from a safe, nurse Janet Payne and 12 year old Christine Tickle walk forward. C/U Mr. Ballard handing toy in box to Christine who kisses him on the cheek. Mr. Ballard hands a bouquet to Nurse Payne. C/U bunch of officials watching. Mr. Ballard takes more toys from safe and hands them to nurse.
