LIVE: NATO’s Stoltenberg and Ukrainian FM Kuleba hold press conference following Bru

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg and Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba are scheduled to hold a joint press conference after their meeting in Brussels on Monday, November 15. Discussions come against a backdrop of heightened regional tensions sparked by the Belarus-Poland border crisis. On Friday Russia announced a joint tactical exercise involving Russian paratroopers and Belarus forces, while Ukraine also announced it would deploy security personnel for drills on its own border with Belarus.
