Lunch Lady Burlesque

I’m a huge fan of classic Saturday Night Live, and wanted to do an homage to one of my favorite skits from my youth - Chris Farley’s Lunch Lady character, as serenaded by Adam Sandler. Anyone who’s ever eaten a school cafeteria lunch can relate to this character, and I just love doing burlesque that is both comedy driven and “ugly pretty.“ I’ve been lucky enough to perform this act multiple times in multiple venues, including an in-the-round show at Delinquent Debutantes in Nashville, at Corsair Distillery, at Third Coast Comedy Club, and the legendary Upright Citizens Brigade in NYC.
