MediEvil (PS4 Remake / Remaster) All Lost Souls Locations & Solutions where to put them to Rest. This unlocks two trophies: Lost and Found Soul Savior. You unlock Lost Souls during Level “The Entrance Hall“. There is a chest down the right-side staircase in that level and opening it unlocks Lost Souls throughout the game. They are a new addition in the PS4 Remake. Lost Souls were not in the original PS1 version. First you must find a soul (there are 19 total, 1 per level). Each one gives you a riddle.
