Eric Lilliebridge- Deadlifts up to 375kg x 1 x 2 (826lbs) 1-5-14

Today I did my first heavy Deadlift training session for Raw Unity 7 coming up in just 5 short weeks. I haven’t pulled heavy at all since my last meet 3 weeks ago. I wanted to give myself some time to rest and recover after all the heavy training I did and the 2 competitions I did back to back that were 4 weeks apart in November and December. I would have to say that my Deadlifts have never felt faster or stronger than they did today. Everything felt fast and easy. I only have one more heavy Deadlift traini
