Taiwan and its Green Island should be at the northern tip of the Coral Triangle

As we descend into the clear blue waters of Green Island… a muscular titan triggerfish tears down coral, where the blueness is muddied by parrotfish poop, source of soft white sandy beaches everywhere, and we exchange long inquisitive gaze with a friendly wrasse, while a pair of normally solitary sea kraits fraternize carefree, far from fish inhabiting man-made condos under the sea… and everywhere unicornfish swim. 美麗的綠島 Special thanks to Ken at Reef Diving
