Sometimes it’s good to get a wide perspective on what we are learning. So here is my current interpretation of the complete Primo Assalto by Achille Marozzo. Note that this is just one version and I train multiple variants, but currently I like this one the most for my training. I also added a Slow-Mo and Markers which actions belong to which part.
