The largest city in Europe is flooded! The world prays for Istanbul!

Extreme weather continues to affect Turkey. On August 28, heavy rains hit Istanbul. The Met Office has issued a yellow warning. The amount of precipitation was record high. More than 90 millimeters of precipitation fell per square meter. Record rainfall has led to the cities worst flooding in years. The European part of the metropolis suffered the most. Residents share footage of the natural disaster on social networks.  The first floors and basements of buildings were flooded. Dozens of cars were trapped in water.
