Lava Floods Trail A 🌋 The LAST day At Viewing Peaks
At 08:30 am yesterday on rainy June 13th lava spilled over on the southern edge of Geldingadalur as I had been predicting in several videos of mine much earlier. I had even showing where lava will go. And now it happened. Trail A became history and two popular viewing hills Meradalsnjukar Peaks are not accessible anymore, only by helicopters or when volcano stops and lava is safe to walk on. Now all people are going to be redirected to the old Trail B and new Trail C which starts at Skála Mælifell by Suðurstrandarvegur highway close to the ocean. So it is not really á problems as we have fantastic viewing points to both at Fagradalsfjall (Trail B endpoint) and at Langihryggur and Stórihrútur where you can walk by new Trail C.
Filmed by me on June 12 at 3 pm.
