ONYX live on the Ricki Lake Show (1995?)

I’ve told a lot of people about this and finally found it. This gem is nowhere to be found online so figured I’d put it up. All We Got Iz Us lineup. Such a random TV appearance. At the end, Montel Jordan performs ’This Is How We Do It’ with all the music guests on stage dancing and singing along. Bone Thugs were on this show too. Also, I own nothing. Take this down if you must. It’s a phone recording of a VHS tape from 1995. But screw you if you do :P
